IMPORTANT NOTICE: By providing your phone number and submitting an Inquiry, you consent to receiving calls and text messages from AleviaCareMatch and our Care Partners. These communications may be made using automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. You are not required to provide this consent to receive placement assistance from AleviaCareMatch.

To opt out of text messages at any time, simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To opt out of phone calls, notify your AleviaCareMatch guide directly or email us at info@aleviacarematch.com.

6.3 Opt-Out of Data Sharing for Marketing

To opt out of having your Personal Data shared with advertising partners for targeted marketing, contact us at info@aleviacarematch.com. Note that opting out of targeted advertising does not remove you from our placement services or prevent all advertising content from appearing to you online.

15.3 How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may cancel SMS communications from AleviaCareMatch at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message notifying you that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will receive no further SMS messages from AleviaCareMatch unless you choose to re-enroll by contacting us again.
